Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances, exits, sales floor and checkout areas to identify theft.
• Use CCTV and investigative tools to detect theft indicators and validate incidents.
• Document incidents, maintain evidence, and provide reports to leadership.
• Collaborate with leadership and law enforcement to resolve theft cases.
• Assist with trespass enforcement and support follow‑up investigations.
