• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides visible command presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor.
• Monitors for potential theft indicators and assists Store Leadership with Loss Prevention directives.
• Gathers theft indicators and communicates with Loss Prevention Leadership.
• Trains and educates Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and proper checkout procedures.
• Represents the Ross brand professionally and maintains dress code standards.
