• Monitor for theft indicators and deter shoplifting per policy.
• Provide excellent customer service while enforcing safety procedures.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership to minimize shrink and ensure a secure environment.
• Adhere to company policies and participate in loss prevention initiatives.
