Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in Gretna, NE.

You will engage guests, drive sales, assist in hiring and training Teammates, and help manage merchandising, operations and loss prevention to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will develop leadership skills through responsibilities that expand with the AIT role, including training and motivating teammates and stepping in as Store Manager

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required, or 1-3 months related retail experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
Assist with sales generation and guest service tasks to meet store goals.
Lead by example in showmanship, customer service, and product knowledge.
Coordinate with Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop Teammates.
Maintain visual merchandising and general store operations to support Buckle’s standards.
Perform supervisory duties and assist Store Manager in supervision of Teammates and daily operations.
