The Buckle, Inc. in Beatrice, Nebraska is hiring an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandising and operations, recruit Teammates and provide leadership in their development. This role is a progression from AIT to Assistant Manager, with higher level duties and shared responsibilities across guest service, team

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise
• Assist with planning sales goals with Store Manager
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service
• Support recruitment, training and development of Teammates
• Assist Store Manager in supervision and operations
• Maintain visual merchandising and store standards
• Understand POS procedures and payment policies
• Assist with scheduling and loss prevention practices
