Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Columbus, Nebraska seeks an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to lead sales, merchandising and store operations, delivering the brand’s mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates and provide leadership, training and motivation. This role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with additional high-level duties and a path for career growth within

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests, provide legendary service and meet sales goals.
• Recruit and train Teammates; guide and motivate teams.
• Lead visual merchandising and zone ownership.
• Maintain store operations, scheduling, security, and loss prevention.
• Conduct interviews and develop Team members.
• Assist Store Manager in supervising and ensuring Buckle standards.
