Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring for an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager role in our Georgia location. This position leads sales, merchandising and daily operations, working closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit teammates and provide leadership.

The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher-level duties as experience grows. The role emphasizes training Teammates, delivering legendary guest service, and maintaining Buckle’s standards

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service
• Lead by example with showmanship and high level customer service
• Recruit and train Teammates; develop and motivate staff
• Oversee visual merchandising and zone ownership to maintain standards
• Manage store operations, security, checklists and loss prevention practices
