Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Manager and Assistant in Training to lead store teams, drive sales, and ensure a superior guest experience. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates, and train others.

This role includes leadership duties and potential progression from AIT with higher responsibilities. You will perform merchandising, cashiering, and routine store operations while maintaining Buckle's standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Willingness to travel within district as needed.
• Leadership experience in a team environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Generation and Guest Service with a focus on achieving personal and store goals.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to support store operations and leadership.
• Oversee Visual Merchandising to maintain an appealing and shoppable store.
• Support Operations including scheduling, LP guidelines, and daily store routines.
• Provide leadership and mentorship, conducting interviews and guiding Team development.
