Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee in Humble, TX to support sales, merchandising and operations while working closely with the Store Manager to develop leadership and recruiting skills. You will train Teammates, assist in store functions, and prepare to assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence.

The program emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and hands-on store leadership with a focus on achieving sales goals and maintaining Buckle standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead Teammates and assist Store Manager with coaching and counseling.

• Act as Store Manager in their absence and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Develop sales, merchandising and operational skills through a structured trainee program.
