You’ll work on sales, merchandising, and everyday store operations, collaborating with the Store Manager to develop leadership and recruiting skills and to assume Store Manager duties in their absence. You'll gain experience across guest service, training, inventory, and loss prevention while advancing through a structured trainee program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent retail experience.
• One to three months of related retail experience and/or training.
• Retail environment knowledge and willingness to learn Buckle policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist with merchandise display and stock management.
• Support Store Manager with recruiting and coaching teammates.
• Learn store operations and complete the Management Trainee Program.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence.
