Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Management Trainee to learn all facets of running a Buckle store, including sales, guest service, merchandising and operations. You will work directly with the Store Manager to develop leadership, recruiting and customer service skills to prepare for advancement to Store Manager.

You will help train Teammates, provide guidance in the Manager's absence, and support district-level coordination while upholding Buckle's standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent retail experience is acceptable.
• Retail experience or training is considered alongside academic qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sales generation and guest service to create an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Support recruiting, training and development of Teammates under Store Manager guidance.
• Assist with visual merchandising, store operations and daily procedures.
• Gain leadership experience and prepare to assume Store Manager responsibilities.
