Qualifications

• Experience in store leadership or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Ability to oversee merchandising and marketing programs and drive profitability.
• Capability to use store reports and P&L to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coach store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Lead merchandising and marketing initiatives to drive sales and profitability.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and rewards program promotion.
