Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team in Colorado. You will guide customer service, oversee merchandising, and use store metrics to drive sales and profitability. The role emphasizes training and developing employees and promoting from within.

The position requires supervising staff, managing cash, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. A valid driver’s license and a willingness to work a varied schedule are expected.

• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use store reports and P&L to drive changes.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of rewards program.
