Qualifications

• A High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required with retail management experience.
• Experience supervising and developing store staff is expected.
• Ability to oversee merchandising and customer service initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coach store staff alongside the Store Leader.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs in the store.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure stock levels.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members to drive service.
