Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

You will perform a mix of sales, merchandising and operational tasks, work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit teammates, and provide leadership. The role is a progression from AIT with additional high level duties.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to train and motivate teammates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise, and assist guests in finding products.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high standards in sales and guest experience.
• Recruit and train new teammates; develop leadership within the team.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, policies, and security practices.
