Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Spanish Fork, Utah is seeking a Management Trainee to support the mission: create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our guests.

This role involves sales, merchandising, and operating tasks under store management, with the goal of developing leadership skills to become a Store Manager. You will train with the Store Manager, coach teammates, and potentially act as Store Manager in their absence as you progress through the Management Trainee Program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Experience in retail environment is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary service to Guests and assist in sales.
• Assist with merchandising, displays, and store operations.
• Support Store Manager with recruitment and training of Teammates.
• Lead in absence of Store Manager and ensure guest satisfaction.
