Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee in Idaho to develop leadership, sales, and merchandising skills through a structured program.

Trainees work closely with the Store Manager to prepare for Store Manager roles, and will help recruit and train teammates while supporting daily store operations. Expect hands-on experience in guest service, merchandising, and store processes, with opportunities to assume leadership in the Store Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred; or 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, training and coaching Teammates.
• Lead by example in customer service and sales presentations.
• Work with Store Manager to develop leadership and sales skills for future Store Manager role.
• Support operations, merchandising, and loss prevention duties as needed.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence.
