Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader for our Coolsprings Galleria location in Franklin, TN. This on-site, part-time role supports the Store Manager and Leadership Team by driving sales, merchandising, and daily operations, while developing Teammates and recruiting new talent.

You will greet Guests, demonstrate product knowledge, lead by example, and uphold Buckle standards in service, presentation and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and lead teammates in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in customer service and sales execution.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates per Buckle standards.
• Maintain store standards and cash wrap procedures.
• Assist in merchandising and loss prevention.
