The Buckle, Inc. in Nashville, TN seeks a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

This full-time role collaborates with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandise the floor, recruit teammates, and uphold Buckle’s customer service standards. You will lead by example, coach teammates, and ensure high standards in sales presentations, risk prevention and store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent retail exposure.
• Experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
• Ability to lead teammates and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist with merchandise display, pulling stock and store operations.
• Lead by example to motivate teammates and maintain high presentation standards.
• Support management in recruiting and developing new teammates.
• Maintain a clean, shoppable store and follow Buckle policies.
