The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader for a full-time role in our Alexandria-area stores.

You will perform a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks, working with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit teammates and provide leadership. You will lead by example with outstanding customer service, maintain product knowledge, and help ensure Buckle policies around payments, returns and loss prevention are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with product selection and location.
• Lead by example in sales and guest engagement.
• Support recruiting and development of teammates.
• Maintain store presentation and visual standards.
• Follow store policies for payments, exchanges andLoss Prevention.
