The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Leader in Training and Floor Leader in Fayetteville, NC.

This role focuses on sales, merchandising, and daily store operations while working closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates and provide leadership. Responsibilities include greeting guests, recommending merchandise, maintaining visual standards, and supporting training initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lead by example and train Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide friendly, legendary service.
• Assist with merchandise display and store presentation.
• Support sales goals and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
• Assist with recruiting and training new Teammates.
• Perform store operations including POS procedures and opening/closing duties.
