Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Smithfield, NC is hiring for Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader positions as we open a brand-new store at Carolina Premium Outlets. Interviews are already underway to build a strong team focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop teammates, recruit new staff, and provide leadership throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months retail experience or training.
• Able to provide legendary guest service and achieve sales goals.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with questions and locate merchandise.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store operations to a high standard.
