Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to enhance guest experiences and lead store operations in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit and develop teammates, and ensure flawless merchandising and customer service throughout the store. The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager, with higher-level duties and responsibilities embraced by leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation with ability to exceed guest expectations.
• Ability to train, coach and develop teammates to meet Buckle standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead and coach Teammates, recruit and onboard new teammates.
• Oversee merchandising, display, and store presentation to drive sales.
• Support store management in sales goals, training, and daily operations.
• Ensure policy adherence, loss prevention, and customer satisfaction.
