Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations in Baraboo, Wisconsin. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit teammates, and provide development opportunities for staff.

This role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager, sharing responsibilities across sales, merchandising, and operations while maintaining Buckle standards and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise; assist guests in finding items.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high customer service standards.
• Plan sales goals with Store Manager and drive store performance.
• Recruit, train, and motivate Teammates; support leadership in daily operations.
• Oversee visual merchandising and maintain clean, shoppable store.
