Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to drive sales, merchandise presentation and daily store operations.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train and motivate Teammates, while maintaining Buckle’s service standards across the guest experience. The role combines sales responsibilities with leadership duties, providing a pathway from AIT to Assistant Manager with increasing responsibilities in a busy retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sale and total net sales goals set by Store Management.
• Lead by example with showmanship, customer service and attentiveness.
• Assist Store Manager in recruitment of all store staffing needs and in training Teammates.
