Job summary

The Management Trainee position at Buckle College Station is designed to develop the store’s next generation of leaders. You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, assist the Store Manager, and participate in training Teammates while demonstrating strong guest service and product knowledge.

The program emphasizes leadership, recruiting and leadership skills, with responsibilities including coaching teammates, opening and closing procedures, and maintaining Buckle’s presentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–3 months retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with legendary service and assist with merchandise.
• Lead training and development of Teammates and act as Store Manager in absence.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting and interviewing for store staff.
• Oversee sales generation and maintain visual displays per Buckle guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to loss prevention and store procedures.
