Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to drive the guest experience and lead store operations.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new teammates and provide leadership. The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher-level duties as you advance, sharing responsibility for training and motivation of Teammates.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience in retail.
• Ability to lead and train teammates.
• Experience with visual merchandising and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and guest service to achieve store goals.
• Assist Store Manager, recruit and train teammates.
• Coordinate merchandising, display, and store operations.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to teammates; act as Manager in absence.
