Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to drive sales, lead a team, and uphold exceptional Guest service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and motivate Teammates, manage merchandise, and ensure smooth daily operations. The role progresses from AIT with higher-level duties as management responsibilities grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of related retail experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service while meeting sales goals.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates under store leadership.
• Oversee store operations including merchandising, cash handling, and guest experience.
• Lead in the Store Manager's absence and support leadership in daily tasks.
• Ensure compliance with policies and loss prevention practices.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new teammates.
