Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit Teammates, and provide leadership, while training and motivating staff to maintain Buckle's standards across sales, merchandising, and operations. The role includes progression from AIT with increased duties, leadership responsibilities, and active participation in training and coaching of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and merchandise.
• Assist in recruiting and training Teammates.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service across the sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area.
• Manage store operations and supervision in the Store Manager's absence.
