Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, guest service, and operations.

You will recruit, train and motivate Teammates, while sharing responsibility for training and store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager. The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher level duties, including coaching teammates and maintaining Buckle’s standards in customer service, merchandising,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or 1–3 months retail experience or equivalent.
• Ability to perform essential duties and standards of Buckle leadership and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and guest service initiatives across the store.
• Assist Store Manager and Leadership Team in recruiting, training and developing teammates.
• Support visual merchandising and operations to meet Buckle standards.
• Maintain customer relationships and drive store performance.
