Job summary

Target’s Stores Executive Intern program offers paid, 40 hr/week hands-on training to develop store leadership. You'll work with mentors, lead team members on the sales floor, and learn how to drive guest experience and store performance.

You’ll spend time leading priorities, coaching teammates, and contributing to daily operations while gaining exposure to the ETL role and broader retail management.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail environments is preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced store setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily priorities on the sales floor and in backroom areas.
• Partner with mentors to learn store leadership responsibilities.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members to drive guest experience.
