Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest-first team culture
• Guest engagement; problem-solving and resolution
• Retail business fundamentals
• Setting and planning department workloads to support priorities
• Managing a team of hourly team members and leaders

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on the salesfloor and backroom to align on daily priorities.
• Work with your ETL mentor and other leaders to understand their roles.
• Lead through daily priorities (stocking shelves, creating a welcoming environment).
• Partner with leaders on performance, coaching, training, and feedback.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by empowering team members to resolve guest needs.
