Target is offering a Stores Executive Intern program, a paid 40 hr/week hands-on training track designed to develop future store leaders. You will work with the Executive Team Lead mentor to learn how to drive guest experience, manage priorities, and lead a team through daily operations.

This internship provides exposure to multiple store areas, with a focus on leadership, guest service, and operational excellence as you prepare for an ETL role.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily priorities on the sales floor and backroom with the team.
• Partner with ETL mentor to understand roles and responsibilities.
• Drive guest experience and help achieve sales goals.
• Participate in daily huddles and present results.
