Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager in Grand Forks, ND to support the Store Manager, drive sales, and manage daily store operations.

You will help recruit and develop Teammates, lead in the Store Manager's absence, and contribute to merchandising, guest service, and loss prevention efforts. The role offers a clear path from AIT to Assistant Manager with increasing responsibilities, focusing on coaching, showmanship, and delivering the best possible

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude.
• Sell and assist guests with merchandise and service.
• Recruit, train and motivate Teammates and lead in the Store Manager's absence.
• Support store operations including merchandising, register procedures, and cleanliness.
• Develop sales and guest loyalty through demonstrated leadership.
