Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Albuquerque, NM seeks an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to drive guest service, sales and store operations.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit teammates, and provide leadership; you may train and motivate teammates and act as Store Manager in their absence. This role progresses from AIT with added duties, including leading by example in Customer Service, Merchandising, and daily operations, while maintaining

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent retail experience.
• Ability to lead and train Teammates and manage store operations.
• Strong customer service and sales skills with loss prevention awareness.
