You will perform sales, merchandising and store operations, cashiering, displays, and routine cleaning, working with the Store Manager and leadership to drive results. This role includes recruiting and training Teammates, providing leadership, and stepping in as Store Manager in their absence.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks such as cashiering and displays.
• Assist with register procedures and routine cleaning.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales and recruit Teammates.
• Train and motivate Teammates and act as Store Manager in their absence.
• AIT is a progression to Assistant Manager with higher duties.
