Job summary

The Buckle in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader on a part-time, on-site basis. You will perform sales, merchandising and basic operations under Store Manager and Leadership Team.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with merchandise, processing transactions, maintaining presentation, and helping recruit and train teammates. This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and following Buckle standards to drive results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Retail experience preferred, with ability to build guest relationships.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests in locating merchandise and creating a wardrobe experience.
• Process transactions, operate the POS, and maintain accurate records.
• Support leadership in sales, merchandising, and store operations.
• Recruit and train teammates, coaching for showmanship and presentation.
