Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to drive guest service and store performance in Jacksonville, FL. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and develop Teammates while ensuring merchandise is presented to Buckle standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer focus, and operational excellence, including execution of visual standards, sales generation, and loss prevention in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent retail experience.
• Experience in customer service and sales is beneficial.
• Ability to lead and coach Teammates in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with friendly service and provide helpful product guidance.
• Lead store operations, including merchandising and housekeeping to standards.
• Assist in recruitment, training and developing Teammates.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, policies, and POS procedures.
• Support Store Manager with sales goals and guest loyalty initiatives.
