Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader in Jacksonville, FL. You will perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, working with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit Teammates and drive performance.

You’ll lead sales initiatives, train teammates, and ensure excellent guest service while maintaining Buckle’s standards across the sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED commonly required for retail roles.
• Experience in retail or customer service is beneficial.
• Ability to recruit and train teammates, and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service, assisting with merchandise and questions.
• Lead by example in sales, customer service, and store presentation.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing Teammates.
• Manage visual merchandising and zoning to maintain store standards.
• Support store operations including opening/closing procedures and loss prevention.
