Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in driving sales, merchandising, and daily operations. This full-time role emphasizes customer service excellence, team development, and adherence to store policies and procedures.

You will work across sales, merchandising, and operations, building guest relationships, training teammates, and upholding Buckle’s standards in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise; help locate or obtain items.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service; ensure POS procedures are followed.
• Recruit, train and develop new teammates; motivate and educate staff.
• Maintain and communicate visual standards; manage departments and keep the store organized.
