Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader for our Rome, GA location. This on-site, part-time role supports store management in driving sales, merchandising, and guest service while developing Teammates and leadership skills.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to enhance guest experiences, recruit new teammates, and uphold Buckle standards through daily execution and training responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to lead and coach Teammates.
• Maintain store standards and Loss Prevention knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with products and promote sales.
• Meet or exceed personal and store goals.
• Lead by example with showmanship and teamwork.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates and manage Daily tasks.
