Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Woodbury, MN is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

You will perform sales, merchandising and store operations tasks, work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales and recruit teammates, and provide leadership in the manager’s absence. This is a full‑time role with a pay range of $16-$21 per hour.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or training is preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and drive sales while delivering legendary service.
• Assist in recruiting, training and developing teammates.
• Oversee merchandising, store presentation and inventory control.
• Perform store operations, POS procedures and cash handling.
• Step in as Store Manager in absence of leadership.
• Support loss prevention and safety policies.
