Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader in Ashwaubenon, WI to support our mission of delivering the most enjoyable shopping experience. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales, merchandising, guest service, and daily store operations.

You will recruit new Teammates, lead by example, and train others while maintaining Buckle standards. This role emphasizes showmanship, teamwork, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; retail experience beneficial.
• Strong guest service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate Teammates daily.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and deliver legendary service with a friendly attitude.
• Assist Guests with questions, product searches and wardrobe selections.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and contribute to sales goals.
• Lead by example in showmanship, customer service and teamwork.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates; maintain store standards.
• Execute POS procedures and ensure loss prevention compliance.
