Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales, deliver legendary guest service, and lead a dynamic team on the sales floor. You will partner with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit Teammates, train new staff, and maintain visual standards across departments.

You’ll manage daily operations, support merchandising, and ensure a positive, high-energy environment that aligns with Buckle’s mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some retail experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and sales skills.
• Ability to lead by example and coach teammates.
• Comfort with performing in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and provide legendary guest service across the store areas.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and educate teammates on features and promotions.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates to meet store standards.
• Assist in merchandising, inventory, and loss-prevention tasks.
• Lead by example in customer interactions and store presentation.
