Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in the United States seeks a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive guest service and store performance. This full-time role collaborates with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit teammates, train staff, and supervise daily operations across sales, merchandising, and checkout.

You will coach teammates, model professional appearance, protect guest experience, and help maintain an organized, welcoming store environment while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; retail experience encouraged (1–3 months).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with merchandise and product knowledge.
