Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training to support store leadership in delivering an exceptional Guest experience. The role includes sales, merchandising, and daily operations such as cashiering, display, and maintaining the store.

As LIT and Floor Leader, you will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates, and model superior customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with 1–3 months of retail experience.
• Ability to lead by example and coach Teammates.
• Strong customer service and loss prevention awareness.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist in recruiting and training Teammates.
• Lead visual merchandising and store presentation.
