Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Duluth, MN is hiring for Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales, manage merchandising and guest experience. You’ll work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates, and provide leadership across daily operations.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and executing store initiatives, while maintaining Buckle’s mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Lead and develop Teammates; recruit and train as needed.
• Oversee merchandising, displays, and store operations.
• Support Store Manager with scheduling and shift coverage.
• Drive sales and maintain presentation standards.
