Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Bridgeport, WV seeks an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to help deliver an outstanding Guest experience while leading sales, merchandising and operations.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit Teammates, drive sales and train teammates to perform at a high level. This role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager, with additional leadership duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in leading or training Teammates is preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills are essential.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Recruit and train Teammates; develop leadership in absence of Store Manager.
• Lead Visual Merchandising; ensure zones are stocked and presented.
• Manage store operations, schedules, opening/closing, and loss prevention.
• Drive sales through product knowledge and adherence to SPG (Sales Presentation Guide).
• Coach teammates and communicate effectively with leadership teams.
