Responsibilities

• Lead as a role model, mentor and encourage customer engagement.
• Organize people and sales floor workflow; manage communication to team and leadership to optimize the customer experience.
• Communicate sales strategy effectively to the team in partnership with leadership.
• Energize and align team on store performance goals, priorities and communication.
• Address time-sensitive feedback from team members and escalate issues to Store Leadership as appropriate.
• Address operational needs such as opening/closing procedures, cash management and overrides.
• Perform other tasks including customer service and support in other areas of the store.
• Promote an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple's values of inclusion and diversity.
