Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Retail Lead for the Chicago Whit Sox Team Store to drive sales and fan satisfaction on game days and events. You will lead daily operations, train staff, and coordinate with leadership to hit targets while ensuring a top-tier fan experience.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and home games, with a focus on operational excellence, stockroom management, and system usage (OpSuite5.0, POS, CAYAN).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts, as well as lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results by consistent execution of daily operations.
• Support back of house operations; maintain stockroom organization.
• Knowledge of retail operation systems including OpSuite5.0, POS and CAYAN.
• Partner with Leadership when making decisions including revenue targets, per cap and UPT.
• Work with Retail Associates to ensure an exemplary fan experience.
• Coach Retail Associates on performance and operations to ensure quality service.
• Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities as needed.
